At Tables Up we utilize Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening (AIS) to address tension and trauma in the body. We activate the client’s nervous system by encouraging their active participation and use the natural movement of joints, muscles, and fascia to release and restore mobility and stability in the body.

AIS is a pain & stress reducing therapy that explores and increases range of motion, enhancing performance in all areas of living. We use movement to stimulate the flow of nutrients, energy, and waste to constricted areas of the body. We are certified massage therapist who compliment therapeutic stretching with Swedish and Sports massage as well as other healing bodywork modalities.
